Democrats outpacing fundraising two to one from last election cycle
Priorities USA raised about $17.8 million across its three entities in July. This continues Priorities’ strong fundraising pace for the cycle and nearly doubles the $9.9 million raised in July 2016. About $7 million of the $17.8 million was raised by the PAC, Priorities USA Action.
“As Joe Biden and Kamala Harris officially accept their nominations to represent our party against Donald Trump, Priorities is running on all cylinders working to help elect them,” said Guy Cecil, Chairman of Priorities USA.
There is not a rule Trump won’t break in his quest for a second term and it will take an unprecedented effort to stop him. The Super Pac has been focusing a huge portion of its fundraising dollars to fight Trump in court, on TV and online to make sure every American can vote safely and easily and with full awareness of the president’s failures while highlighting Biden’s plans to build America back better.
