Trump Surrogates falling line - Amy Coney Barrett to become next Supreme Court Justice

The Democrats under no circumstance will confirm Barrett as the new supreme court justice. However, they do not have the votes in the Senate to stop her confirmation. In the meantime, they will face an inundation of support from Trump surrogates.

“Judge Amy Coney Barrett will be an outstanding addition to the U.S. Supreme Court. Her experience speaks for itself, as she has clerked for Justice Antonin Scalia, written nearly 100 opinions, is a highly respected law professor at Notre Dame and has served on the Seventh Circuit with distinction. I applaud this nomination and look forward to her confirmation without delay.” Oklahoma City Attorney General Mike Hunter

“Judge Amy Coney Barrett is a remarkable individual who will make an outstanding Supreme Court Justice. Her proven legal brilliance is matched by her exceptional character and unflinching commitment to the U.S. Constitution. The Senate should swiftly confirm Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the United States Supreme Court just as it recently confirmed her to the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.” Texas Governor Greg Abbott

“I am disappointed that the Court departed from its prior reasoning and imposed straight ticket voting only weeks before a general election. My office has filed a motion to stay the district court’s injunction,” said Attorney General Paxton. “In addition, my office will file an immediate appeal of the district court’s ruling in order to defend the integrity of Texas’s electoral process and a practice used in 43 other states.” Texas  Attorney General Ken Paxton
