Trump Tweeted he will not concede and will press on
Once Michigan state electors certified the votes for President-Elect Biden and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court tossed Trump’s legal teams request to throw-out legally casted votes of millions, Trump’s path to victory was inconceivable. Justice prevailed.
America will get the president they wanted and so desperately need. Up until now, only Vice-President Elect Harris was receiving important security briefings due to her role in the Senate. Emily Murphy, Administrator of the U.S. General Services Administration tasked with disbursing the funds needed for the Biden transition team, had delayed the process at the request of President Trump.
Her partisan delay had put the incoming Biden-Harris administration behind almost three weeks of having access to National Security information, updates on the coronavirus task force and key statistics on the economy.
In a letter sent late to the Biden administration, Murphy informed his team she at the request of the president has granted the transition funds and resources required by the law to the incoming administration.
“Contrary to media reports and insinuations, my decision was not made out of fear or favoritism. Instead, I strongly believe that the statute requires that the GSA Administrator ascertain, not impose, the apparent president-elect.” Emily Murphy Administrator of the U.S. General Services
In Murphy’s letter, she spent the majority of the time talking about herself and the many reasons why she is not to be blamed for doing her “job”. She didn’t even have the decency of addressing the letter Mr. President Elect Biden.
“In the best interest of our Country, I am recommending that Emily and her team do what needs to be done with regard to initial protocols, and have told my team to do the same.” President Donald Trump
The US President also noted, the election was rigged and he plans to press on. Now that the transition has official began, members of the “GOTP” Grand Old Trump Party, will now fall in line to congratulate the incoming administration.
